Internal Link Opportunities

Open SEO Tools › Content tools › Internal links and overlap and find the Internal link finder. Paste a draft blog post or product description (50 to 20,000 characters), and RankEngine finds the products and articles in your store that are closest to it in meaning — good candidates for internal links.

Workflow

  1. Paste your draft into Draft text.
  2. Click Find link opportunities.
  3. Matches appear in two columns: Related products and Related articles.
  4. Copy link copies a match's address; Copy link markup copies a ready-to-paste link with its title.

Download CSV exports the matches.

Why meaning beats matching words

Keyword-based link tools miss pages that cover the same need in different words. Matching by meaning finds them.

Tips

  • Paste at least 200 words of focused text for the best matches.
  • If the article column is empty, your articles have not been indexed for this tool yet: after they sync from Shopify, products and articles are indexed by an hourly background run for stores with an active plan, a few stores at a time, so it can take a while on a new install.
  • A match marked "Link available after the next sync" will get its address once your store syncs again.
